- Step 1 Take a kadhai and heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup chopped bhindi, stir fry and keep aside.
- Step 3 Take another pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil in it.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp rai, 3 curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato. Sauté well.
- Step 5 Then add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, the cooked bhindi and 1 tbsp grated coconut.
- Step 6 Mix, cover and cook it well.
- Step 7 Give a nestle twist by sprinkling black sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
