2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 tbsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped bhindi, stir fry and keep aside.

  • Take another pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.

  • Add 1/2 tsp rai, 3 curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato. Sauté well.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, the cooked bhindi and 1 tbsp grated coconut.

  • Mix, cover and cook it well.

  • Serve hot.
