Bhindi is high in fiber and in this vegetable it is combined with coconut makes it a calorie dense recipe.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tbsp oil.
Add 1/2 cup chopped bhindi, stir fry and keep aside.
Take another pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.
Add 1/2 tsp rai, 3 curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato. Sauté well.
Then add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, the cooked bhindi and 1 tbsp grated coconut.
Mix, cover and cook it well.
