Soak 2 tbsp chole overnight and pressure cook them.
Make a fine paste of 1tbsp white til, 3tsp olive oil and ½ tsp salt.
Take a mixer and add 2 tbsp Soaked Chickpeas ,2 tsp Olive Oil, 2 no. Chopped Garlic ,1 tsp Lemon Juice, Tahini Paste, 1/4th tsp Salt, 1/4thtsp Red Chilly Flakes,1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs and Water and blend well.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp Oil add 2 tsp Chopped Red Capsicum, 2 tsp Chopped Green Capsicum,2 tsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum,1/8th tsp Salt and stir fry.
Take a different bowl and In Hummus add the stir fried bell peppers and mix well.
Take a bowl and pour 2 tbsp Wheat Flour add 1 tbsp Maida, 1/8th tsp Salt and water and knead into dough.
Make a ball and Roll Out Using Rolling Pin
Add Mixture & Seal in Square Shape
Heat Oil For Frying and deep Fry till Golden Brown
