45 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
2 4"(53.0 gm) White Bread
1 Slice(9.0 gm) Onion
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
For Hummus
Take 1.5 tbsp Chole , 0.75th tbsp White til, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1.5 garlic , 2.5th tsp Olive oil , 1/2 tsp salt and 45 ml water blend together .
For Sandwich
Take 4" Bread 2 Slices ,slice 1 apply the Hummus
Add 1 slice onin, 2 slices tomato
Add 1/4th tsp mixed herb , 1/4th tsp chilly flaxes .
Close the sandwich with other slice of bread and serve
