For Hummus
- Step 1 In a blender, add 1.5 tbsp soaked chickpeas, 3/4 tbsp white til, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 ½ garlic pods, 2 ½ tsp olive oil, salt as per taste, water as required, and blend to a smooth paste.

For Sandwich
- Step 1 Take 2 bread slices and apply hummus evenly on both slices.
- Step 2 Place 1 slice of onion, 2 slices of tomatoes and sprinkle 1/4 tsp mixed herb and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 4 Cover with another bread
- Step 5 Serve
