White Bread Hummus Sandwich Recipe

A hummus Sandwich is a healthy sandwich made with hummus spread made from chickpea and spices. It is a very fulfilling and protein-packed, excellent for tiffin box or even post-workout snack for all the health enthusiasts.

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1.5 Number(2.0 gm) Garlic
2.5 Tsp(6.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
45 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
2 4"(53.0 gm) White Bread
1 Slice(9.0 gm) Onion
2 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
  • For Hummus

    Take 1.5 tbsp Chole , 0.75th tbsp White til, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1.5 garlic , 2.5th tsp Olive oil , 1/2 tsp salt and 45 ml water blend together .

  • For Sandwich

    Take 4" Bread 2 Slices ,slice 1 apply the Hummus

  • Add 1 slice onin, 2 slices tomato

  • Add 1/4th tsp mixed herb , 1/4th tsp chilly flaxes .

  • Close the sandwich with other slice of bread and serve
