For Wings Fry
- Step 1 Marinate 2 chicken wings 1/8 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8 egg, marinated chicken wings and mix it well.
- Step 3 Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai and shallow fry the chicken wings till golden brown.

For Thai Sauce
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil, add 1/8 tbsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 5g snowpeas,1/2 tsp Thai red curry paste, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tbsp red chili sauce,1/8 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/4 tsp fish sauce, water as required and mix it well.
- Step 3 Add the fried chicken wings,1 basil leaf and mix it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
