  • In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp butter then add into the 1/4th tsp cumin seed,1 tbsp chopped garlic, and saute it well.

  • Add into the horse gram paste, water as required,1/2 tbsp lemon juice,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt, mix, and bring to a boil.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
