- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp butter, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.
- Step 2 Add the horse gram mixture and pour water for desired consistency.
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste.
- Step 4 Simmer for few minutes
- Step 5 Add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice and turn off the flame
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 8 Serve hot.
