Honey Roasted Cashews Recipe

Roasted cashews with a sweet, salty, and smokey honey glaze. This easy, addictive appetizer makes a great gift, especially for Diwali.

1/4 Cup(41.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Cinnamon
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Honey
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tsp butter,1/2 tbsp honey,1/8th tsp cinnamon powder,1/4th cup cashew and mix it well till cashew coats with honey and cinnamon powder.

  • Remove cashews on a baking tray and spread it.

  • Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 1820 minutes.

  • Remove roasted cashew in a bowl.

  • Mix it well and serve.
