- Step 1
Take a bowl and add mashed potato, 2 tbsp chopped spinach, 1 tbsp oats flour, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp garam masala ,1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding tofu.
- Step 3
Add water if required to the mixture, mix well and make a patty.
- Step 4
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil and place the patty.
- Step 5
Cook from both sides till it turns golden brown.
- Step 6
Place 1 burger bun and cut it into half.
- Step 7
Apply 1 tsp tomato ketchup on one side and 1/2 tbsp honey on the other.
- Step 8
Add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices 1 lettuce leaf and place the patty.
- Step 9
Close the bun and cut it into half and serve.
