Taco Shell is a crispy Mexican recipe and is stuffed with any filling or salsa.
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup maize flour,1/8th cup whole wheat flour,1/4th tsp salt,1/4th tsp oil, water as required and knead into the dough.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll out each portion using a rolling pin. Fork it with a fork spoon.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry each rollout portions.
Remove from the oil and immediately shape them In the taco shell using a rolling pin.
