Nutrient loaded pumpkin seasoned with herbs and spices make a perfect snack for all.
In a bowl add 3 tbsp curd, 2 tsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4th tsp grated garlic, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/8th tsp cinnamon, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder.
Mix all ingredients well.
Cut pumpkins into wedges and marinate it into the mixture.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp butter and put marinated pumpkins and roast well.
Tasty pumpkin wedges are ready to serve.
