2.0 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.0 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
0.13 Tsp(0.28 gm) Cinnamon
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi
0.13 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
  • In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Cut 60 gm pumpkin into 3 wedges and marinate it into the mixture.

  • In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp butter and place the marinated pumpkins and roast well.

  • Tasty pumpkin wedges are ready to serve.
