In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding parsley.
- Step 4
Cut 60 gm pumpkin into wedges and marinate it in the mixture.
- Step 5
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp butter and place the marinated pumpkins and roast well.
- Step 6
Tasty pumpkin wedges are ready to serve.
