Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, beat 1 egg, add 1/8th salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, 1/8th tsp thyme, 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp oil in the pan and heat it
- Step 3 Pour the egg mixture and cook it for a while from both the side and serve
