3 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Masoor Dal
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(0.59 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Cup(72.0 gm) Pumpkin
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, pumpkin puree.
Add cooked lentil dal and mix well.
Add water, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4th tsp salt.
Cover & let it simmer.
Serve warm.
