Herbed Cashew Butter Recipe

All you need is few ingredients, a gas stove, and 10-15 minutes in the food processor to make the easiest, creamy Homemade Cashew Butter. You won’t believe how simple it is!

1/2 Tsp(0.59 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup(82.0 gm) Cashewnut
  • Firstly, heat a pan and dry roast 1/2 cup cashew nuts.

  • Keep roasting it till it turns lightly aromatic.

  • Once done, transfer to a processor or blender with 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.

  • Run the blender and make a fine paste of roasted cashews, then add 1/2 tsp salt.

  • Add 2 tsp honey and run the blender again.

  • Add 1 tsp oil while blending the cashews.

  • Once you are done adding the oil then keep blending till the butter forms into a smooth paste.

  • Keep scraping the sides with a spatula.

  • Cashew nut butter is ready.
