- Step 1 Put 1 catfish piece in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp butter, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chili flakes,

- Step 8 Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and grease it with a little butter.

- Step 12 Serve hot.
