- Step 1
Put fish 1 catfish pieces in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp butter, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp grated ginger, mix and set aside to marinate for 1015 minutes.
- Step 2
Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
- Step 3
Grind together 2 bread slices, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp parsley, 1 tsp basil leaves, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes to a coarse mixture. Spread the mixture on a plate.
- Step 4
Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and grease with little butter.
- Step 5
Coat the marinated fish pieces in the prepared herb mixture and place on the lined tray.
- Step 6
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 1520 minutes.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
