Burmese Khaowsuey

Burmese Khowsuey is a dish which is made of Noodles, a vegetable curry made with Coconut Milk, and a garnish of fried Onions, Garlic, and Spring Onions. Noodles provide Carbohydrates while vegetables are a source of Fiber, Vitamins, and Minerals. Coconut Milk is a good source of Fat which contributes to the overall energy intake.
