Healthy Exotic Veggies Sandwich Recipe

2 4"(42.0 gm) White Bread
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Yellow Zucchini
1 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Violet Cabbage
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Broccoli
1 Boiled Tbsp(12.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/8 Chopped Tbsp(1.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/2 Tsp(0.59 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
  • On a chopping broad, take 2 slices of 4" white bread .

  • Apply 1.5 tsp melted butter on both the slices of the bread .

  • Arrange 1tbsp each of chopped purple cabbage, red capsicum , zucchini, broccoli and boiled corn on 1 of the bread slice

  • Sprinkle the mixed herbs and 1/8th tsp salt on top .

  • Cover with the second slice and cut the sandwich into 2 halves.
