On a chopping broad, take 2 slices of 4" white bread .
Apply 1.5 tsp melted butter on both the slices of the bread .
Arrange 1tbsp each of chopped purple cabbage, red capsicum , zucchini, broccoli and boiled corn on 1 of the bread slice
Sprinkle the mixed herbs and 1/8th tsp salt on top .
Cover with the second slice and cut the sandwich into 2 halves.
Serve
