Pizzas topped with a variety of vegetables which are rich in nutrients makes a healthy option for children
Take 2 tbsp sweet corn, boil it and keep aside.
Take a pizza base and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce evenly across the pizza base.
Put across the sauce laden base 1/4th cup diced capsicum,1/4th cup diced red capsicum,1/4th cup diced yellow capsicum,1/4th cup diced tomato, 2 tbsp boiled corn,1 tbsp grated cheese.
Sprinkle 1/4th tsp red chili flakes and 1/2 tsp oregano.
Heat a nonstick frying pan at a low flame and put the pizza in it.
Cover and cook until the cheese melts slightly.
