Utilizing a basic pizza sauce with various vegetable toppings can make pizza unique and nourishing, eliminating the regular pizza crust and using jowar crust is a healthier option to include good fat and sufficient calories in meal.
Make a jowar pizza base with 1/2 cup of jowar flour and 30 ml water, knead it well and roll and roast into a base.
For making healthy jowar pizza
Spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce on the jowar pizza base, then add 1/4th cup diced red capsicum, 1/4th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/4th cup diced capsicum, 1/4th cup diced tomato, 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4th tsp oregano,1/4th tsp red chilli flakes.
Cover and cook till the cheese melts.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
