- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 3 kadi patta, 2 tbsp peanuts and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp hing, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp green peas and cook for 2 minutes
- Step 3 Add palak puree and season with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4 Add oats and mix everything well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 6 Serve warm
