1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Masala Peanuts
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Pomegranate

1/2 Diced Cup(66.0 gm) Potato
1 Number(48.0 gm) Pav
  • For dabeli stuffing

    In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 cup boiled potato, 2 tsp dabeli masala, spinach puree, 1 tbsp makhana powder, mix well.

  • Add water and stir well, cook on medium flame for 23 min.

  • For filling

    Take pav, slit it horizontally.

  • Spread 1 tsp sweet tamarind chutney, 1/2 cup stuffing, 1/2 tbsp each of chopped onion, masala peanut and 2 tsp anar seeds in between the two halves.

  • Repeat the step of topping.

  • For roasting

    Heat pan, add 2 tsp butter, place stuffed dabeli.

  • Roast it on both sides till crispy.

  • Serve hot.
