- Step 1 To make dabeli stuffing,in a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, boiled potato,1 tbsp
- Step 2 dabeli masala, spinach puree,1 tbsp makhana powder and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Add water and stir well, cook on medium flame for 23 min.
- Step 5 Take 1 pav, slit it horizontally.
- Step 6 Spread tamarind chutney, 1/2 cup stuffing masala,1 tbsp each of chopped onion, masala peanuts and pomegrante in between the two halves and repeat the step of topping.
- Step 7 For roasting, heat pan, add 2 tsp butter, place stuffed dabeli.
- Step 8 Roast it on both sides till crispy and coat sides with 1 tsp sev.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
