1 Cup(204.0 ml) Milk
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
8 No.(0.8 gm) Kesar(Strand)
  • Take a kadhai, add 1 cup milk, 1/4th tsp haldi and mix well.

  • Add 2 tsp sugar, 8 saffron strands and bring the milk to a boil.

  • Strain and serve hot.
