1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Milk Powder
1/8 Cup(36.0 gm) Nestlé Milkmaid
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Vinegar
1.5 Cup(375.0 ml) Water
7 Tbsp(61.0 gm) Milk Powder
  • For Milk Powder Paneer

    In a pan add 7 tbsp milk powder, water as required and boil it.

  • Add 2 tbsp vinegar, mix and Nestlé A+ Curdle it.

  • Strain It with using a white cloth

  • For Mishti

    In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp ghee add into the Paneer,1/4th tsp cardmom powder,1/8th cup Nestlé Milkmaid and mix till it becomes in smooth texture.

  • Remove the mixture in a mixing bowl and make small round balls.

  • Coat balls With 1 tbsp milk powder and serve.
