5.0 Tbsp(44.0 gm) Milk Powder
3.0 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa
1.0 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1.0 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1.0 Number(0.23 gm) Green Elaichi
1.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
20.0 Gm(20.0 ml) Oil
45.0 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
  • For Dough,

  • In a bowl, add 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder, 1 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp khoa,1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk. Mix together.

  • Knead the dough and make small balls out of it.

  • In a frying pan add oil.

  • Fry Prepared Gulab Jamun

  • Fry till it turns Slightly Golden in Colour

  • For Sugar Syrup

  • In a Pan add water as required, 3 tbsp Sugar, 1 Elaichi. Boil till it thickens.

  • Allow it to Slightly Cool.

  • Add the Prepared Gulab Jamun in the Sugar Syrup.

  • Soak for Few Minutes.

  • Remove from Sugar Syrup. Garnish it with 1 tbsp Chopped Pista.

  • Serve.
