45.0 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and whisk it well.

  • Heat 1 tsp ghee in a kadai, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1/10 tsp methi seeds, 1/4 tsp jeera and saute well

  • Then add 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 4 kadi patta and saute it well.

  • Slowly add the whisked Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and enough water

  • Mix it well

  • Simmer for 5 mins

  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
