- Step 1
Soak 2 tbsp rice and grind to a coarse paste
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk till it comes to a boil.
- Step 3
Lower the flame and add kesar water, 1.5 tbsp jaggery and ground rice.
- Step 4
Mix well and allow to simmer.
- Step 5
When it starts to simmer, add water if required to adjust the consistency, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and stir well.
- Step 6
Continue stirring till the mixture thickens.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 8
Serve chilled.
