Guava Milkshake Recipe

With the combination of guava which is rich in soluble fiber and milk rich in protein,a great immunity booster and yummy alternative for children.

Nutritional info

1/4 Cup(35.0 gm) Guava(Diced)
3/4 Cup(153.0 ml) Milk
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender add 3/4th cup milk, 1/4th cup diced guava & 1 tsp sugar.

  • Blend it to liquid consistency.

  • Serve it chilled.
