Roast peanuts & grind into powder.
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8th tsp salt, 3/4th tsp oil, 10 ml water.
Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.
Roll into a roti.
On a heated pan roast the roti.
Serve it hot.
