  • Pre preparation

    Roast peanuts & grind into powder.

  • For roti

    In a bowl add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp oil, 10 ml water.

  • Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.

  • Roll into a roti.

  • On a heated pan roast the roti.

  • Serve it hot.
