Marinate 1 pomfret with 1/2 tbsp hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and transfer the marinated pomfret in the pan.
Grill from both sides and allow it to cook well.
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
