Grilled Chicken Thighs Recipe

Grilled chicken is irresistible for its taste and smoky flavor. Chicken is a healthy dish thanks to its lean meat amount and the cooking technique. 1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
  • In a mixing bowl, add 150 gm chicken thigh and make deep slits.

  • Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well and keep aside to marinate.

  • Take a toaster, brush the chicken with 1 tsp butter and grill on both sides.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
