Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe

Grilled Chicken is irresistible for its taste and smoky flavor. Tandoori Chicken is a healthy dish thanks to its lean meat amount and the cooking technique. The chicken breast is marinated with yogurt before grilling. Yogurt contains healthy nutrients, such as zinc, potassium and vitamin B12.   • In a mixing bowl, add 75 gm chicken breast and make deep slits.

  • Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Mix well and keep aside to marinate.

  • Take a toaster, brush the chicken with 1 tsp butter and grill on both sides.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
