  • In a mixing bowl, add 75 gm chicken breast and make deep slits.

  • Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Mix well and keep aside to marinate.

  • Take a toaster, brush the chicken with 1 tsp butter and grill on both sides.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
