In a bowl, add 3 tbsp boiled shredded chicken, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 2.5 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 2
Spread 2 tsp butter on bread slices and spread the prepared chicken mixture on it. Place another bread slice on top and grill for 2 minutes with 1 tsp butter or until well roasted.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4
Serve hot with a suitable accompaniment.
