  • For stuffing

    In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp shredded chicken, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp red chilly flakes, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Spread 2 tsp butter on bread slices and spread the prepared chicken mixture on it. Place another bread slice on top and grill for 2 minutes or until well roasted.

  • Serve hot with a suitable accompaniment.
