5 Tbsp(65.0 gm) Sugar
5 Tbsp(62.0 gm) Vinegar
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Salt
3/4 Chopped Cup(85.0 gm) Onion
1.5 Chopped Cup(220.0 gm) Tomato, Green
  • For Spice Bag

    In a muslin cloth, add 3 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp rai powder, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 2 bay leaves.

  • Tie and make a potli.

  • For Ketchup

    Take vegetable and drain excess water.

  • Then, combine vegetables with 5 tbsp vinegar, 5 tbsp sugar and prepared spice bag.

  • Transfer this to a large saucepan and bring to boil.

  • Simmer it for 15/20 minutes.

  • Stir frequently until slightly thickened

  • Pour into sterilized jars and store.
