Steps
- Step 1 In a pan cook 1/2 cup green tomatoes with water till soft
- Step 2 Cool them and discard the skin
- Step 3 In a blender, add 1/2 cup green tomatoes, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 bowl chopped spinach, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tsp honey and 1/8th tsp himalaya pink salt
- Step 4 Blend it coarsely
- Step 5 Serve as an accompaniment to snacks
