Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1/2 cup diced green tomatoes.
- Step 2
Saute until the tomatoes are tender.
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Mix well.
- Step 5
For a Nestle twist, add 1 tsp black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Allow it to cool and blend it until smooth.
- Step 7
Serve with your favourite snack.
