A side rich in antioxidants and vitamin C makes a perfect dip or side to be paired with any dish of your choice.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 cup diced tomato.
Saute till tender for 5 minutes.
Now add 2 tsp chopped green chilliy, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Blend it well and serve with snack of your choice.
