Green Tomato Chutney Recipe

A side rich in antioxidants and vitamin C makes a perfect dip or side to be paired with any dish of your choice.

1/2 Cup(67.0 gm) Tomato, Green (Diced )

2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped )

2 Tsp(4.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped )
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Tamarind Pulp
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 cup diced tomato.

  • Saute till tender for 5 minutes.

  • Now add 2 tsp chopped green chilliy, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Blend it well and serve with snack of your choice.
