Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, pour water and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup green tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Step 3
Cool them and discard the skin.
- Step 4
In a blender, add green tomatoes, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8th tsp himalaya pink salt.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 6
Blend until smooth.
- Step 7
Serve as an accompaniment to snacks.
