Green Tomato Chilli Dip Recipe

Tangy mildly spicy with fresh flavors of basil leaves makes this dip very delectable. A classic twist of flavors to regular dip.

1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Tomato, Green (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Basil Leaves (Chopped)
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.48 gm) Himalaya Pink Salt
  • In a pan cook 1/2 cup green tomatoes with water till soft.

  • Cool them and discard the skin.

  • In a blender, add 1/2 cup peeled green tomatoes, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8th tsp himalaya pink salt.

  • Blend it coarsely.

  • Serve as an accompaniment to snacks.
