1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Thai Green Curry Paste
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Garlic
3 Florets(24.0 gm) Broccoli
3 Number(0.63 gm) Basil Leaves
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Coconut Milk
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
25 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
  • For Shrimp Fried

    Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan add 50 gm shrimp and stir fry until cooked.

  • For Green Curry

    Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic until it turns medium brown.

  • Now add 1 tbsp green thai curry paste.

  • Add water after the paste sizzles and releases oil.

  • Now add 3 florets broccoli, about 1/8th tsp salt to taste, 1/4th tsp black pepper and mix well.

  • Next, add 1/4th cup coconut milk and 3 4 basil leaves and stir well.

  • To this mix, add the stirfried shrimp and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Cover the pan with a lid to cook until the broth boils and shrimp cook.

  • Serve hot.
