For Shrimp Fried
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add 50 gm shrimp and stir fry until cooked.

For Green Curry
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, saute until it turns medium brown.
- Step 2 Now add 1 tbsp green Thai curry paste.
- Step 3 Add water as required after the paste sizzles and releases oil.
- Step 4 Now add 3 florets broccoli, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 5 Next, add 1/4 cup coconut milk and 3 basil leaves and stir well.
- Step 6 To this mix, add the stirfried shrimp and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 7 Cover the pan with a lid to cook until the broth boils and shrimp cook.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist peanuts.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
