  • In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,3 tbsp chopped lettuce,boiled chopped french beans,1/4 cup chopped spring onion,1 cup chopped parsley,2 tsp chopped pudina, cooked quinoa,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1 tbsp olive oil and mix it well.
