For Prawns Fried
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan add 10 prawns and stir fry until cooked.

For Green Curry
- Step 1 Heat 1.5 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic until it turns medium brown.
- Step 2 Add 3 broccoli florets, 2 tsp green Thai curry paste, water as required, mix, and cook well.
- Step 3 Add 1.5 tbsp coconut milk, 3 torn basil leaves and stir well.
- Step 4 To this mix, add the stirfried prawns, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5 Cover the pan with a lid to cook it well.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
