Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, and allow it to crackle
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp hing and saute
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup boiled peas, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Saute until all spices combine well and cook until water is absorbed
- Step 5
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7
Serve this tasty sabji with chapati
