Steps
- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp jeera, and allow it to crackle, then add 1/4th tsp hing and saute well
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup Boiled Peas, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, and 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 4 Saute the spices well with peas and add some water
- Step 5 Once the water starts simmering add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 6 Cook till the water is completely dried and serve this sabji with chapati or rice
