Sweet peas imparts a naturally sweet flavor to any dish along with being good source of dietary fiber, Vitamin A, iron, folate, thiamin, Vitamin C and manganese. Peas pulao is a plain flavorful rice preparation, ideal for meals or tiffin box.
Wash and cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.
For the pulao,
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2 bay leaves, 4 tbsp peas and saute well.
Cover and allow to cook well.
Then add the cooked rice, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
