  • In a bowl take 3 tbsp wheat flour, add 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th cup boiled, mashed peas, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Add enough water to knead it into a dough.

  • Roll the dough into a paratha

  • On a frying pan, apply 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Roast the paratha evenly on both the sides.

  • Serve it hot
