Pancakes are the best breakfast choice ever. Green peas mashed well with rice flour and spices is a very delicious savory treat to your taste buds. Include your greens in a pancake to increase its nutritive value, taste while adding beautiful color too.
Take 1/4th cup peas, boil and mash to a paste. Keep aside.
In a mixing bowl, take previously made pea paste, 2 tsp rice flour, 2 tsp besan, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and 1/4th tsp salt.
Pour in a little water and mix well using a spoon.
Heat 1/2 tsp oil on a nonstick fry pan at a low flame.
Take a scoopful of the batter, put it in the pan and spread evenly to form a pancake.
Allowing it to cook, flip and make sure both sides are browned well.
Serve fresh and hot.
