- Step 1
Take a frying pan at a low flame, add 2 tsp butter, 1/4th cup diced onion and sauté.
- Step 2
Once the onions are slightly transparent, add 1 cup of peas and a little water.
- Step 3
Cover and allow it to cook. Once simmering, pour it in a blender with a little more water.
- Step 4
Blend it to a liquid consistency. Keep aside.
- Step 5
Take another pan at a low flame, add 1 tbsp makhana powder and roast it well.
- Step 6
Pour in 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and stir it.
- Step 7
Add the previously blended puree, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 8
Allow it to simmer until fully cooked.
- Step 9
Garnish with roasted makhana.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
