Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add boiled and mashed peas, 1/8 tsp each of jeera, red chilli powder and salt.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp dry mango powder and mix all ingredients well and set aside.
- Step 4
Knead a semi soft dough with 2 tbsp wheat flour,1 tbsp suji, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough.
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll into small rounds.
- Step 7
Place the stuffing in the center.
- Step 8
Fold and seal the edges.
- Step 9
Heat a kadhai with oil for frying.
- Step 10
Deep fry until the kachori turns crisp and golden brown.
- Step 11
Serve hot kachori with dates chutney.
