Blanch and mash 1 cup fresh peas and keep aside.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tbsp ghee in it.
Add mashed green peas and saute till the moisture dries out.
Add 1/2 cup coconut milk. Stir and mix till coconut milk thickens.
Once the mixture thickens, add 1.5 tbsp khoa, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped pista, 1 tsp chopped cashew nut and mix well.
Finally add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder and stir.
