2 Grated Tbsp(12.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
  • Prepreparation

    Boil 3 tbsp fresh peas.

  • Preparation

    Blend 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut with 1 tbsp coriander leaves and 1 no. green chilli adding sufficient water.

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai and add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, and allow to crackle then add 1/8th tsp hing and saute.

  • Put 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp salt and saute them well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp dhania powder and prepared coconut mixture. Cook till oil releases.

  • Now, add the boiled matar.

  • Mix it well and simmer.

  • Serve it hot.
