- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 boiled potatoes, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp suji.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Mash all ingredients and mix everything well
- Step 4 Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape these into round cutlets
- Step 5 Heat a pan, shallow fry the cutlets with 1 tsp oil until crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve with mint chutney.
