1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1 Grated Tbsp(12.0 gm) Cheese
75 Ml(75.0 ml) Water
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Cup(76.0 gm) Fresh Peas
  • In a kadhai, heat 1/4 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute.

  • Then, add 1/2 cup green peas and 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper and stir well.

  • Add water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Put off the heat, and puree with a blender.

  • Finally, add 1.5 tbsp grated cheese on top and serve in a bowl.

  • Add a tsp of black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
