Green peas are filling and good source of protein and fibre, also helps with digestion.
Heat a pan, add 2 tsp butter, wait till it melts. Then add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.
Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves & saute well.
Then add 1 tbsp boiled peas. 1/4th tsp Vinegar, Water, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and water to adjust consistency.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Open the lid and add 1 tbsp cream to the soup mix well and cover again
Allow to simmer and serve with breadsticks or croutons.
