This mint green peas soup is filling and also a good source of protein and fibre that helps in digestion.
Heat a pan, add 2 tsp butter, wait till it melts.
Then add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.
Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves & saute well.
Then add 1 tbsp boiled peas,1/4 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and water to adjust the consistency.
Cover with a lid and bring to boil.
Open the lid and add 1 tbsp cream to the soup, mix well and cover again
Allow to simmer and serve with bread sticks or croutons.
