- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp cooked mashed field beans, 3 tbsp grated papaya, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/8 tsp salt and 2 tbsp bread crumbs.

Mix and add in a little water followed by adding 2 tbsp rice flour.
- Step 3
Make sure all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Step 4
Give a nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Take a spoonful of batter, roll and pat it into round cutlets.
- Step 6
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets on both side.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
