Green Papaya Tofu Poppers Recipe

The raw papaya is green in color hence it has many natural active than its ripe version. these enzymes help in the assimilation of protein fats and carbohydrates. 2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Tofu(Grated)

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour

2 Tsp(4.0 gm) Bread Crumbs

1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic(Grated)

1/8 Tsp(0.15 gm) Mixed Herbs

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

For Frying(16.0 ml) Oil
  • Pre Preparation

    Boil and mash 1/4th cup of potato.

  • Take a bowl and add 1/4th cup mashed potato.

  • Add 2 tbsp grated green papaya, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour and mix well.

  • Take another bowl and add 2 tbsp grated tofu and 1/8th tsp mixed herbs and mix well.

  • Take a portion of potato and gently flatten it into your plam, now take a small portion of tofu mixture fold and roll it in to a ball.

  • Coat the rolled balls with bread crumbs.

  • Take a deep pan and add some oil to fry the poppers.

  • let the oil boil and then add the poppers into the pan

  • Deep fry till golden brown

  • Serve hot
